10.0A very clean house which is very nicely finished and has all the things you need. The conservatory at the back is great for relaxing. The location is also close to the local shops.

10.0The house is very clean and very well furnished and decorated. It has a really nice conservatory at the back and it makes you feel at "home" straight away. It is centrally located in Messingham with easy walking access to the local shops.

10.0location great quiet but only couple minutes into village -shops pubs take aways Indian restaurant easy to find the house and keys straight away, got e mail on the day to say property ready and everything we could ask for in the house with lots added thoughtful extras, didn't meet the host but she was available had we needed anything and felt welcomed, spotlessly clean and modern, all we had to take was our clothes, food and personal items, plenty space for family and for our clothes etc, wish we could have stayed longer, outside area lovely and we had the sunshine, was music, books,magazines,plenty tea,coffee-3 types I/c machine,toiletries,would highly recommend
