Instructions were clear; I had no issues entering and leaving whever I wanted; room had a hair dryer and there was basic amenities in the toilet which I appreciated.

− I wasn't expecting the underground to be so loud. Not the property's fault, but something they should flag.

Close to shops, etc on Kentish Town High Street. Easy walk to the O2 Forum. Good value. Room was nice enough.

− Other guests were a bit noisy in the morning. Bathroom just has a sliding door, it's not very private.

− Room was blooming boiling 🥵. It took me a while to see the radiator behind the curtains had been put onto it's maximum temperature.

I did like that it was very close to the shops and the O2 forum. At the end of the day it’s a roof over our head and a bed.

− Honestly, we were very disappointed with this accommodation and wouldn’t stay here again. Finding the property was difficult, as Google Maps took us around in circles, and the lack of clear information beforehand made the whole experience feel quite sketchy. When we arrived, one of the door handles fell off while we were trying to get in, which was not a good first impression at all. The room itself was very basic, bare and unwelcoming, with minimal furniture and little effort put into making it comfortable. There was no TV in the bedroom, and storage was very inconsistent, as one room had a wardrobe while the other had absolutely nowhere to put our belongings. Overall, the accommodation felt underwhelming and poorly thought out, and the whole experience fell far below our expectations. We would not recommend it.
