8.0Schönes, gemütliches Appartement. Küche ist gut ausgestattet, hat alles was man braucht.
− Die Lage war nicht so toll. Den Preis fanden wir etwas zu hoch.

3.0La luce
− Sono arrivata alla sera alle 20 ( il check in era per le 15 ) e l’appartamento era completamente sporco, con tutte le lenzuola dei precedenti ospiti sul letto, gli asciugamani in bagno sporchi per terra, sporchissimo dappertutto! Uno SCEMPIO! Zona ( Neue Neustadt) assolutamente orrenda e sporca. Ho chiamato immediatamente il proprietario per far venire a pulire. Dopo 15 ore di viaggio e con una giornata di lavoro pesante il giorno dopo sono andata a dormire alle 22:30 perché sono venuti a pulire alle 21. INACCETTABILE. Il proprietario si è scusato e poi è completamente SPARITO. Abbiamo scritto più volte per altre cose che erano rotte e di cui chiedevamo la sostituzione e il MULLA. Esperienza da NON RIPETERE ASSOLUTAMENTE!!
Wenn wir wieder in Magdeburg sind, würden wir dieses Apartment erneut buchen.
9.0Das Apartment selbst war super ausgestattet und sauber, der Check Inn bzw Check out war unkompliziert. Die telefonische Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Unsere Fellnase hat nichts extra gekostet und der Fahrstuhl im Hof war sehr hilfreich.
− Das Umfeld des Apartments / Hauses ist leider sehr ungepflegt.

9.0En general correcto pero algo más de limpieza se agradecería (debajo de la cama, vaciar el aspirador....)
− Para estancias de mas de dos-tres días haría falta un microondas. También algún cubierto más y sartenes. Habría que colocar algo para cubrir las ventanas, ya que el sol es muy fuerte y se calienta el apartamento mucho. Habría que cambiar el colchón. Falta también un perchero para ropa, sobre todo para estancias largas. Habría que repasar un desperfecto de la bañera.
