Would like a refund
1.0− Definitely not a place for a night owl. I was asked to leave because of making noise even while trying to be respectful with the volume. Was asked to leave early and have been trying to get ahold of the owners for a refund on the days I wasn't there. I'm hoping Booking.com can step in to get me a refund.

A great house in a good location.
10.0It was a nice friendly house that felt like it was part of the community. I appreciated the posters on the walls about community. And I really appreciated that it wasn't a plastic Motel-6 kind of place. It really has character. If I'd stayed longer, I would have taken advantage of the kitchen and the living room.
− There was a minor issue with the lock to my room. It wasn't really a problem and the hosts came to fix it immediately. They were quite responsive. I put that in the category of stuff happens.

− Could have used an instructional guide in the kitchen on using facility and cleaning. Refrigerator wasn't very clean

3.0Pretty good location (close to downtown)
− It really needs some serious cleaning! The fridge was gross and even the room / bathroom were not neat. The area is close to midtown so definitely not the best …. The biggest issue is that there are 2 rooms with digicode locker . I felt like I was sharing the house. I am pretty sure someone also came to the place on Sunday morning at 7am… it was scary.. Honestly not worth $150 a night .
