7.0Beste Lage zwischen Strand und Geschäften. Sogar Meerblick in der Ferne, sonst Ausblick ins Grüne. Preis-Leistung war vollkommen ok. Parkplatz inkl. hinter dem Haus. Schwimmbad-Zusatz ganz unkompliziert nutzbar, auch mit Bus gut erreichbar.
− Etwas abgewohnt, aber für den Preis gerade noch ok. Buslinie geht direkt vorbei, also muss man früh die Fenster schließen. Keinerlei Info über die Wohnung/Ausstattung/Müllentsorgung in der Wohnung selbst. Kein Mückengitter an den Fenstern.
