Not the best but ok.

− Owner did not check if the key was returned from the last guest, the key is not in the designated location, waited at the key collection mailboxes area over ten minutes, host proposed to change my unit to another unit. The cardboard door is damaged, some towers left in the washing machine(not my first encounter). But the staffs very polite and friendly, they apologized.
