Do not book the Barn. It’s full of dust mites and the owners didn’t care I got an eye infection from them post sleeping
1.0Location was ok, but not near animals as it depicts.
− The property is so run down compared to what the pictures depict and it was so dusty that I woke up after the first night with a huge blown up puffy eye (later told by a pharmacist that it was clearly an infection caused by dust bites), horrendous. It was so bad that obviously we did not stay on for the original 3 night stay. However the owners did nothing to help us and have since offered no compensation, which we found unbelievable after it all ruined the whole wknd, with booked restaurants and wineries having to be canceled. We left the property cleaner than we had found it but still nothing from them. Unfortunately this is the worst experience we’ve ever had in booking a Property and we would 100% not recommend it.

Family friendly, beautiful location
8.0Beautiful outlook. Comfortable. Clean. There is a little wine tasting place called Stomp Wines on site so it was nice to be able to go to a wine testing and not drive. Few minutes drive to Hunter Valley Gardens, zoo, chocolate shop.
