Property is not fit for purpose as a holiday let. Needs extensive work.
3.0Communication from the owner ahead of the trip was very good and very helpful.
− The cleanliness of the house. Filthy draped curtains hanging from the conservatory ceiling - dirty with water dripping from them. Leaks from bathrooms into the kitchen ceiling through the lights - dirty water at that. Into the pool shower from the downstairs bathroom. Bathroom and Pool towels dirty with stains and old. Kitchen oven and hob did not walk entire time there. Wooden floor in pool house unstable and broken. One dining table broken - bolts kept falling out of it. Complaint to the owner whilst on-site I was assured a refund - just for lack of oven yet on returning home and sending a complaint about everything - a poor refund was offered. Unacceptable.
We were looking forward to using the hot tub, which wasn't working. Disappointed.

Family enjoyed the pool .we have stayed here before but found it dirty .

− It was dirty fridge was filthy got photos One room closed off when we had 10 adults they put extra bed in one of the upstairs room so we rang them to open downstairs room which was dirty also dinning room was dirty .Kitchen bin was dirty .
Overpriced for a property that seems reglected and needs some repairs
4.0Nice big TVs in all rooms
− Felt like the property was neglected apart from having nice TVs. Damaged toilet seat, dripping bathroom tap, toilet constantly filling up with water, cracked and loose floor tiles in bathroom. Floors weren’t particularly clean. Radiators not all working. Jets in the hot tub didn’t work after pressing button. There wasn’t any welcome pack, no instructions on how to use the complicated oven which took forever to heat up. Mould on canopy swags in the seating area of the conservatory area. Wheelie bins were full. For the expensive price we expected a well maintained property, but that just wasn’t the case. Could definitely do with some sprucing up and repairs.
