6.0Great location, warm, and had all the basics, comfy bed, sofa, etc.
− Parking is very difficult, it's a residential area and it's first come first parked. Probably a bit easier during the week. Ashburton is short of parking generally unless you use the car parks, which are a bit of a hike from the flat.Had to park on double yellows on the second night. Few things missing, bedsides lamps for reading and a mat to make the shower safer.
Very restful, would stay again.

− A little bit loud as could hear every sound on the street, joggers running in the morning etc but as it is a peaceful village this wasn’t a huge issue.
