Was comfy and charming but some issues with the booking process and communication.
6.0Actually ended up staying at Belmore Cottage. Quaint and had very comfy beds. Good location.

− We arrived only to walk into a filthy house, beds not made, bra in the bathroom and smelt like smoke. Tried to explain to the owner that this was unacceptable and the responses were unprofessional.
Cosy, comfortable stay in the heart of Armidale
8.0We recently had a lovely stay at 'Belltrees' in Armidale. The property was very cosy and comfortable - especially the beds. We enjoyed the quirky history of the place like the barn door to one of the bedrooms. We also appreciated the little touches such as chocolate in the fridge and the aircon on when we arrived after a long drive on a hot day! Our host, Kate, was very responsive and ensured we had a wonderful stay. Many thanks!
− Whilst the property is a little dated and could benefit from some small updates, it is extremely comfortable and in an excellent location.
