Promised much then dissapointed.
5.0The pool area. Not overcrowded and controlled by ever present lifeguards.
− Caravan tired and in need of face-lift . Smelly bed linen and seating cushions. Fixtures and fittings outdated and in need of maintenance.

We were in a situation with no where to stay, due to a family emergency, and Louise and staff were extremely happy to he
9.0The location was great of the camp site and easy to get to the bar/reception etc. There were two bathrooms which was handy with there being a few of us. The TV was a smart TV too and it also had TVs included in the two twin bedrooms which was also great. The owner and their communication was 10/10 was excellent for a last minute emergency booking, so accommodating and willing to help in our emergency situation.
− I think the floors do need quite a bit of TLC as bottom of socks were becoming dirty after walking on the carpet and flooring. We did need to mop again and possibly could have done with another one. There were quite a few stains on the couch and a smashed glass in the cupboard and bits of crumbs/food in the bottom of the cupboard in a couple of them and some of the crockery needed re-washing.
We only required accommodation as we were visiting friends.
7.0Location was not important to us. The laundry was great. The little supermarket was very handy. The park would great for families.
− The park could have been cleaner especially around the eating areas - bins emptied more often or more bins. The cooked food we bought was disappointing (pizza and fish).
A brilliant last minute holiday with a friendly and accommodating host.
