Peaceful and an unforgettable time spent with family
10.0The property was well kept and we were cozy in our loft cabin. Perfect for my husband and I and our 2 y/o son.
− The pool, camp store and other activities don’t open until 10am. With a “ready to go at the break of dawn toddler” this was hard for us at times. But, we still loved the pool and playground.

9.0The location to Hershey is great, the cabin rental in a great campground was wonderful too.
− The communication with the campground through Booking.com's messaging system was awful during the reservation process. I booked over a year in advance, I added a second cabin to my rental four months after originally booking and that was still 10 months prior to arrival, I repeatedly asked for them to be located next to each other and kept being told (via message) that "there is no guarantee, but a note was placed on my booking). FINALLY, a week before arrival I called Thousand Trails National reservations line and was told by a VERY nice and helpful man that there was a note on my booking but the cabins that were directly next door to both cabins were both reserved AFTER my request! He stated the cabins were chosen by "the systems auto picker," and due to being so close to my arrival, he could no longer help. So we were staying in 2 family groups and had to drive back and forth to one another's cabins! I find this was very poor customer service! 😕
