We slept well, and the beds and rooms a/c were good. The outdoor is not so bad, the pool is not bad, but all the tools for taking care of the pool were everywhere. The bar unattended as well.

− None of the 3 bathrooms were good, the shower heads were completely bad, the vanities were rotten, and you were able to put a shampoo or make up inside. Brush your teeth is a challenge. No toilet paper holder, no towels holder. No working faucets. The kitchen cabinets were a disaster, outdated, drawers didn't operate as they should, utensils were old, plastic, and a bad pots aspect, where later you are going to cook your meals. Things looked to be abandoned rather than stored. The stools were broken, making unsafe to seat on them. The electrical panel has been unattended for many years. The laundry had very bad presentations, we saw dead roaches and the clean towels were there.??? And some other details that make the house not have a better qualification. I can not add more than 4 pictures. I have some more and small videos that I sent to Booking.com. To pay for the reservation was a disaster, too. The owner asked me to cancel the reservation I had wirh Booking.com and she will make a new reservation with Club Punta Leona for me to have the option to pay using my credit card, if not, I had to take the cash with me. This cost me $140.00 more of what I had to pay via Booking.com. It was not a good vacation for me and my family. Hope you have a very good luck.
