Disappointing
4.0− The place needs a deep cleaning. Beds were clean and comfortable, which is very important, but the bathroom was pretty gross. When a place is given a cursory cleaning time after time, the dirty details start to stand out. Shower head, shower tile, floor molding perimeter, toilet seat - all fail the basic cleanliness test. For the $$ they charge to stay at this place, these details were unacceptable.

Disappointing given the price point, would not recommend or return.
2.0Location was excellent - adjacent to the beach access. Trees blocked ocean view, but offered great bird watching. Starched white sheets were lovely.
− Property was extremely dated. Grills were filthy. Fence to side yard was broken. Bathroom was terribly dated & had no ventilation (small dirty, window opened to walkway). Upholstered furniture was dirty and uninviting. Carpets were stained. AC return duct was disgusting. Kitchen was not outfitted well - only ONE cooking pot, only 3 cereal bowls, barely enough silverware for 5 people to have 1 meal.
