10.0Super zentrale Lage, 1 min neben U-Bahn Bond street. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Vermieter, mit 🔑 Code Zutritt zum Apartment. Die Zimmern etwas klein aber sehr sauber. Man ist ja in London für sightseeing und nicht zum Wohnen. Die Betten sehr angenehm zum Schlafen.

Perfect apartment in the middle of the fun!
9.0Very good location. A perfect apartment if you want to be in the middle of the fun. Close to Edinburgh castle and every meeting spot we had for tours. Also, very close to the train station (though grueling stairs were involved). There were multiple great restaurants right below and easy shopping. Had groceries delivered easily. A perfect apartment as long as you travel light and do not have mobility issues. (Stairs at entry) Some of the furniture is worn but it was comfortable. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The kitchen was great. The bathrooms were totally clean and functional. All that said, this is an old building and it’s in Edinburgh. Expectations should be reasonable. It was perfectly comfortable for a family of 6 (adults) and could be for more, I am sure.

− The property was clean but the carpet wasn’t. The window is not perfect, it wasn’t close properly the wind came inside a room. The Elevator was Not working at all.

− Issues where as follows - Owner messaged 4 days prior to our visit to his apartments to inform us he'd over booked & we couldn't have the flat one of the 4 nights we booked. This booking had been in place months. Offered another flat in the same building, overnight only. Flat 8, this was smaller than the flat we booked On entering the flat the decor was very dated The bathrooms stank of a horrible odour One radiator was broken in a bedroom & on full temperature So the only alternative was the turn off all the heating. Luckily the windows didn't close, so some cold are got in when the heating was on Electrical switches buzzed, think that's dangerous wiring. We then moved out after the one night, which was 1 too many, to a 2nd flat, flat 2 Had to move our own stuff to the 2nd flat on the 2nd day. This flat was as you'd like one, clean, tidy, no smells, good décor. We did receive a £500 refund as compensation, but I'd rather of had the flat I'd booked for the duration. As you'd expect, from the above comments, I wont be rebooking.
We won’t stay here again.
