Beautiful stylish 2 bed apartment with free parking♡

One of the best holiday apartments I have ever stayed in.

Comfortable, very clean and spotless throughout - in all respects. Also extremely well decorated which is such a tough thing to pull off when you are catering for diverse rental clients, this is neutral but not at all boring and with art rather than kitsch. Plus a very pretty fireplace which may be original and beds that have very, very comfortable mattresses and (so important) mattress and pillow protectors - again very clean. Great and thoroughly equipped kitchen and generous supplies of simple (bread, butter, cereals, marmalade, tea, coffee and milk) breakfast goods included on arrival. The apartment is ideally placed in the little town of Ludlow, in easy on-foot reach of shops, history, wildlife, great walks and lovely places to eat, drink and observe the world. The included street parking permit is so helpful and was so appreciated. Full guide in the flat for how to use everything (simple!) and a very useful, clear and comprehensive email in advance of the stay explained what we needed to do and look out for to make our stay work best. I wish more did this. Andy and Amanda, the hosts, could not have been more welcoming or helpful. I really felt cared about and attended to and the philosophy that if you look after your guests you are much more likely to have them respect you and your property is clearly a strong guiding one. Oh, and yes, the riverside restaurant C’Sons is fabulous - pity they only do evening meals on Fridays (soon switching to Saturdays) and some Thursdays; perfect tip-off, Andy! We will return.

− The only warning is one in common with pretty much every attic conversion I have ever known, watch your head upstairs! But I didn’t exactly dislike that, just something to note.

Great location for walking into town, parking right outside. Big, well equipped kitchen Exceptionally clean throughout.

− Downstairs bedroom could use some curtains or more substantial blinds to block light but not a deal breaker
