− Fridge door shelf broken which made standing larger bottles up a bit tricky.
Lovely home with great potential
7.0We stayed there for three nights. The living room was cozy, and the beds were comfortable (although the duvet was a bit too thick for summer). The kitchen was beautiful and well-equipped. The location was perfect if you’re traveling by car, as everything was close by. Thank you very much for the welcome package—it was a very thoughtful gesture, and we really appreciated it. Ps.:Sorry that we left a few things in the fridge—it was due to a miscommunication on our part.
− There are quite a lot of personal items and decorations around the house, which makes it feel a bit cluttered. The house itself was clean, but the garden was disappointing. We chose this accommodation largely because the photos made it look like a little oasis, but in reality it felt somewhat neglected. I would strongly recommend washing the cushions for the outdoor seating area, as I had to search for one that looked clean enough to sit on. The sun loungers at the back were also covered in dried bird droppings when we arrived. I wasn’t able to use the hot tub because I’m pregnant, so I can only comment based on the feedback from the rest of our group. They used it on the first evening and said the water was so heavily chlorinated that it stung their eyes whenever they sat down in it. The host was very communicative, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. As a European, I personally found the number of messages we received a bit overwhelming—but that’s just a personal preference. Sorry! 😊

10.0Simon was very helpful from the moment I’ve booked the cottage. We liked the location, it was close to shops and beaches. We all had great sleep, very comfortable mattresses. Cottage was beautiful and we felt like home. Enjoyed the hot tub. Thank you ☺️
