9.0Beautiful apartment, lots of style and space. Very quiet and super comfortable. I knew from comments that it was a basement flat, but that wasn't an issue. The second bedroom is a bit cramped as it's kind of underground, but the bed is a double and I found it comfortable. Nice to have an outside space too, but too cold and wet for us to use in October.
− The second bedroom really needs a mirror on the dressing table and a lamp for the bed area. The only light switch is by the door. I used one of the rechargeable table lamps from the dining table, something similar would be ideal. The basin in the little loo is tiny and the plug got stuck when I used it. These are minor niggles. It was an absolutely super place to stay and I'd love to book it again, but their QR code for direct bookings is apparently all booked up until 2029??!

10.0Perfect location for museums, Harrods, royal parks, restaurants, tube, etc. Comfortable and quiet and exceptionally well equipped.
