1.0The location The size
− Did not enjoy our stay at all. 1. The elevator got stuck. We reported it when my father got stuck in it and there was no response. He managed to jump out while the lift was halfway between the floor. We sent an email and a whatsapp and nothing was done. We had to come down 15 flight of stairs with 5 large bags, 5 hand luggages. Was extremely unsafe. 2. Some of the heaters in the apartment did not work with 3-4 degrees cold weather. This was not acceptable. 3. The pictures when we booked showed a shower door in the main en suite but when we got to the apartment there was a shower curtain. Shower door was under the bed. Absolutely not acceptable for such an expensive stay. Because the shower was so small the water leaked out the shower constantly. 4. Carpets and curtains were not clean. 5. The light fitting in the main lounge was broken. 6. Drinking glasses were chipped and or broken. The rest is captured in a video that we took which we will share via email. We did not take photos but rather a video which we would like to share. Please send us an email after receiving this so we may share directly?
Would not stay again would go back to hotels.

− Kallt i lägenheten, kanske vanligt i England och beroende på vädret. Sängkläderna i master bedroom kändes rena men luktade surt.
The lack of elevator has really coloured our view of the property in a negative way.
