Great Location, comfortable and clean bed, excellent water pressure in the shower, quiet area.

− - ​Poor cleanliness: It felt like the apartment wasn't cleaned at all before our arrival; the only thing done was changing the bed linens. To make matters worse, a vacuum cleaner completely full of dust was just left sitting in the bedroom. - ​Misleading amenities & missing supplies: Although the coffee machine is heavily featured in the property photos, there were only 2 coffee pads provided. Relying on the pictures, I left my portable espresso machine at home and ended up without coffee. Furthermore, the shower gel and liquid soap bottles shown in the listing were completely empty. - ​Outdated equipment: The electric kettle was covered in limescale and completely unusable. - ​Unwelcoming atmosphere: The apartment is cluttered with notices threatening guests with fines for every little rule, which made the stay feel quite inhospitable. - ​There is a major issue with the smell: strong-smelling food like Indian cuisine—the intense odor leaks directly into the bathroom and living space. It was so strong when we first checked in that we thought someone had just been cooking inside the apartment. - Initially the appartment was booked for one week. However, the airplane company moved our departure one day later. This has been communicated to the host as soon as possible. There was no discount received for the lost day and we also had to pay the city tax for that day.

Property is very close to SBB train station, making it very convenient to get around Basel and to other surrounding locations. The apartment itself is quiet and relaxing. The decor is modern and bright. The hosts were always responsive to our needs.

− The bathroom has signs of mold in the silicone caulking with poor ventilation. The fan in the bathroom does not work to air out humidity to prevent mold. Additionally, it was very difficult to contain water within the shower with a flimsy shower curtain on a removable rod that fell down at one point throughout our stay.

− 건물에 보일러 문제가 있어 첫닐을 매우 춥게 지냈고 어수선한 장식물 쿠션이 너무 많습니다. 집은 좁은데요. 물론 개인마다 취향은 다를 수 있어 제의견입니다.
