Janky furniture and Roach infested kitchen. Just stay at a hotel
2.0I liked that I booked the private room with the private bathroom. Other than that, I have nothing nice to say about this house.
− Everything! Bedroom: The furniture is janky. Extremely chipped desk, torn-up chairs, and a stained lamp shade. The headboard is not attached to the bed, so it literally moves every time you do. I had to put a pillow behind it just to keep it secure. No TV in the room, so bring your own. There is no toilet paper holder in the bathroom, and just loose toilet paper rolls on top of the toilet. Kitchen The one time I went to use the kitchen, I absolutely could not. I came home from work at about 12:30 AM, went to heat up some food, turned on the kitchen light, and at least 7 roaches scattered all over. It was gross. The trash was overflowing too. There is no way I could have attempted to heat anything in this kitchen. I didn't bother to look inside the microwave or the oven because, at that point, I was grossed out. The other thing is that this house operates like some kind of hostel or something. I counted 6 rooms that are all being rented out. I was the only woman in this house, and thank God I got the room with the private bathroom. Just get a hotel; this is not worth it. I will never stay here again

− someone walked into my room at night and knew the lock code to get in. Feels like you’re walking on eggshells. Staff is not helpful or understanding at all. It says pets are no extra charge yet they charged me. Never got my refund of $100 back. Hate this place.

Perfect space for a solo getaway, close to everything
10.0Very good for the price especially if you want more privacy than a dorm style stay.
− For the price there is nothing to complain about
12 great nights, 2 almost sleepless nights.
7.0Mostly respectful guest. Except the last two nights. Someone came in and fought and made noise to a beyond unacceptable level.
