10.0Perfect central location in PV. Beautiful 3rd floor view of the lake and central Puerto Varas. Nicely furnished classy apartment. Excellent introduction to apartment by Andrea. Security gate and helpful concierge to manage gate. Washing machine and dryer! Well equipped kitchen.
− Nothing really! Wonderful place. Shower lukewarm, which takes some getting used to- it would be good to turn up the temp. A small shelf in bathroom for toothbrushes would be nice. Consider a more pleasant name for the place such as “Gem with Bellavista in Puerto Varas”
