Convenient and spacious location but very noisy

Good location for exploring central London. Plenty of room. Comfortable beds.

− Very noisy at night with traffic sirens and presumably a night club nearby with shouting and music until 4.30 in the morning. Fortunately earplugs were provided. The property is on 3 levels so there are a lot of stairs and odd little steps so would be a problem for anyone who has mobility issues. Fairly well equipped but no tea towels or teapot. It was generally clean when we arrived apart from a lot of biscuit crumbs on the sofa.

not good.. booking.com failed to help find a suitable alternative...

it took telephone calls while standing on the street, open car on yellow lines, to understand the access arrangements but, to be fair, Hostara were responsive to that crisis and even later sending a "handyman" at 7pm to check the water pressure for the shower in the upstairs bathroom which kept petering out

− thanks to a cancellation through booking.com we were forced to seek alternative accommodation at short notice, for us and family members coming from afar, for a wedding the next day... inevitably most options were unavailable except this one... once there we realized why... it was incredibly noisy, even at 5am.. clearly Hostara were aware of this as multiple sets of earplugs were available in the bathrooms but this was not detailed in the booking.com information

Proprietà di pregio, begli arredi, spazi ben divisi. Tante scale ma certamente un bell’alloggio grande. Si sviluppa su tre piani con le camere al secondo e al terzo dove sono le toilettes. Cucina ben attrezzata. Ottima biancheria . Comunicazione veloce e rapida con la gestione, anche reattivi per un piccolo problema segnalato.

− L’unica pecca è la posizione su strada molto trafficata e frequentata, sempre, tutta la notte. La struttura è dotata di doppi vetri, immagino che con le temperature normali il problema sia meno sentito, con il caldo di questi giorni e la necessità di tenere le finestre aperte il rumore si è sentito

+ The apartment is spacious and close to the metro station.

− - Check-in was at 3 p.m., but when we arrived at 3:30 p.m., the cleaning lady was still there. We changed our plans and arrived at 5:30 p.m., but the cleaning lady was still there :-( There was no toilet paper in the apartment, we called the owner, but he didn't answer the phone. In addition, the fan in the upper bathroom hummed 24 hours a day and could not be turned off. It was very noisy in the adjacent bedroom. In the colder months, there is a problem with the windows because they are very drafty. The house needs more maintenance. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen, but there were no capsules, so bring your own. Be careful when taking over and handing over the apartment! Unfortunately, we were not thorough and did not take good photos of everything. Two days after leaving the apartment, the owner contacted us saying that we had damaged the TV and that he would deduct the amount from the deposit. We didn't turn on the TV at all, the problem was only visible after turning it on. We are well insured, and if we had really broken the TV, it would not have been a problem to have the insurance company pay for the entire TV. We consider this matter to be fraud on the part of the owners.
