立地的には良い場所にあると思う。ただ、鉄道のサンモリッツ駅から向かうには急な上りになるので、重い荷物があったため往復ともタクシーを利用する必要がある。中心街（といっても狭いが）へは近く（ただし坂道の上りはなかなかきつい）、食材の買い入れには便利。

− 部屋は清潔で広かったが、ベッドルームが使いづらい欠点がある。キッチンにや洗濯機利用は過去に利用したアパートより格段に悪い・ キッチンのレンジが２つしかなく小さい。調理器具（鍋、フライパン）は少なく不便。フライパンのサイズが大きく、これを利用すると、残りのレンジが使用できないという欠陥がある。切れないナイフ（一つだけ刃渡り50cmほどの牛刀だけが切れるので、これを野菜を刻むのに利用したが、大きすぎて危険）。調味料の準備はなく日本から持参のものを利用。洗濯用洗剤も用意されていないため店で買い求めると２０個入りパックしかなく、一度だけの洗濯に無用の高い買い物となった。これほど消耗品の準備のないアパートは初めての経験です。ただ、管理会社の担当者にはいつも懇切に対処していただいたことに感謝しています。工事中の不便性に対し費用の軽減提案をしていただき、Booking.comもその提案を受けいれたものの、差額返還対応が遅く困惑した。

Good accommodation tainted by currently ongoing renovation

Host was very responsive and helping. Check in instructions were clear, it was easy to find the key. Host also allowed to check in way earlier at 13.00, rather than at 17.00 for which I was very thankful. Apartment as well equipped as advertised, nothing to complain.

− Property was on higher part of the city, so there was quite a climb to it. Main drawback was ongoing renovations. You can check in pictures how view from the apartment and in the hallway looked. I was informed in advance of ongoing renovations, but I understood it was on the roof and the walls. But the whole building is being renovated. Hallway on the ground floor is in the middle of complete overhaul, you can check pictures. One day there was also strong paint smell, builders were playing music a few times (luckily not on my floor), hot water took 2-3 minutes to actually start running, and up until 17.30 there was very loud drilling sound on basically all days, apart from weekends . Good thing for me I was hiking up until 3 PM or 4 PM, so it was not that big of an issue for me. On one day, for half a day there was no water as well. Sound insulation is poor, you can hear everything that is going on in the hallway, I was awaken on two nights by neighbours, then I started to use my ear plugs. Just have in mind that during renovation, there will be a lot more disturbance and additional problems that should be taken into account. Apartment itself and host were great, but ongoing renovation tainted the stay a bit.

Location was good

− Arriving to the apartment and finding the fridge had been turned off and had defrosted and was full of water , which I had to clean up. The bed had been located in a small space in the bedroom and only accessible from one side of bed. Climbing over partner was difficult at night. No toaster.

Just superb!!

The location and beautiful property was just perfect.

− The property was just exceptional and made our stay that much special.

Central location, stunning view. Could not have been better ! We will come back
