− Il check in è stato inesistente, pensavamo fosse una truffa finché una guida locale ci ha aiutato a contattarlo. Non ci han risposto per tutto il giorno e dopo i solleciti della nostra guida ci avevano proposto di entrare in struttura il giorno dopo… peccato che saremo rimasti a dormire in strada e peccato che la prenotazione era per una sola notte La struttura era sporca con odori sgradevoli La doccia non funzionava Lenzuola sporche Scarico poco funzionante

− Desde el principio el contacto que aparece en Booking no responde los mensajes de manera oportuna. Al llegar al apartamento, no tenían lista la entrega de nuestro apartamento y nos reubicaron provisionalmente en otro cuarto. Desde un inicio se preguntó la posibilidad de salir más tarde debido a la hora del vuelo, la respuesta de los encargados fue positiva y el día de la salida, nos dijeron que debíamos salir a la hora que no estaba acordada. Lo que generó el cambio de nuestros planes, causando incomodidad. La verdad, muy poco recomendado.

4.0Location is ok, can't complain.
− Lady with the keys was late. No communication prior. She started picking up and fixing our not working AC, while we wanted to be left along and start to explore Leticia. After waiting for 15 minutes, we left. She didn't speak any English, it was hard to communicate, she spoke fast and didn't care if we understood or not. We had a good size roach in our room, it was dead, but not really a good impression. AC was more or less fixed, but now it was too cold, no way to regulate it. Dishes are overused, not like use want to use them. Lock to the house is broken and need to be fixed. Main complain is MOLD. middle room especially. My husband and I were mask at night, it was that bad. I would not recommend it. It is way overprice for what you getting.

10.0Best hotel in Colombia in 3 months, for a budget price! <3 Hot water in the shower, which is rare enough to mention it. Not only the place is a gem in Colombia but the owner allowed to check out very late (6pm) for free. It tells you a lot about the place right ? :)
