Excellent communication and location, but noises from upper floor is noticable.
7.0I have mixed feeling, here’s how; the staff communication was outstanding. And the building is located at the heart of the city. Moreover, the pool is huge and our kids enjoyed it soo much.
− However, there was an unpleasant noises came from upper floor while we were about to sleep in midnight after a long drive. Additionally, the cleanliness of its toilet is unsatisfactory.

− The toilet was mouldy a bit.. and not really clean.. Some of the towels were torn and worn out..

8.0It was okay just the walls is alittle dirty. I appreciate that the place comes with a big TV and with Netflix!
− The walls is alittle dirty, there is some small ants around the house. Also wished there is available clean toilet rolls. It only comes with 1 crispy toilet roll (lol)
