Amazing location- a tranquil getaway that was exactly what we were looking for. Quiet, modest and remote. We swam in the ocean, lounged and read, and took out the canoe.

Wonderful Spot If You Risk The Ride Down To It

The ocean and beach were perfect. The ocean was in your front yard and a lake in the backyard. Perfect setting. The cottage had a sun room with skylights. I spent most of my time there enjoying the view as it was super windy and rainy.

− Well where do I start. The drive down old mill road was something else. There is an immediate steep gravel hill. We actually stopped and wondered if we should even go down it. If I was the driver I would have never done it. Once at the bottom of the hill there is a sign thats says DANGER Bridge in need of repair owner not responsible use at own risk. They need to warn people of this ahead of time. Once you get to your cottage the yard is definitely not kept up. Stuff laying around and lawn unmaintained. There were dirty diapers on the BBQ shelf gross. The shower leaks and there is clearly mold on the flooring. The pan I used I had to wash first. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable.

This beach house was an amazing. Our plan was to stay only one night but because it was so nice, we decided to stay one extra night. The host was flexible and friendly. Everything worked out smoothly! Kitchen was good and there was spices and everything what you need for a short stay.
