Nice enough but disappointed by the amount of work going on.
5.0Fairly convenient. 5 minutes walk to the grocery store. 10 minutes walk to the beach. 15 minutes walk to the ferry. A good size townhouse too.
− The swimming pool had scaffolding over it. One of the bathroom cupboard mirror doors was missing. The TV was old and only received terrestrial channels. And the driveway was blocked by marina workers who were repairing the decking. They started the machines early and the noise kept going all day long. So not very peaceful.

6.0The location and view from the balcony were lovely, and the spa bath in the main bedroom was wonderful. It is a spacious and comfortable 3 bedroom apartment which is well located and easy to walk to the shops, restaurants etc. in Nelly Bay.
− The stove did not work and the decor is a bit tired. It did not have nice wine glasses.

10.0An amazing townhouse in a great location with a beautiful view from the terrace. Very spacious and well presented. Has everything you need to have a relaxing holiday.

− The car park for the unit is used for storage and we had to find a park out on the street. We were not told prior to arriving. Only place to park was near a construction site and bins.

9.0The location and view was great, the house itself was well appointed and had everything you could want.
− Finding the property on foot was a bit difficult from the ferry terminal. Google maps showed it very close but in fact it was a long way.

As the property is located in a residential area and does not have the facilities or security to host school graduation celebrations. This property is strictly nonsmoking.
