1. The location is relatively closed to Kumamoto Castle. 2. The kitchen is equipped with a stove for cooking.

− The tablet installed at the entrance area is used for self-check-in and to open the black box from which guests collect the keyholder displaying the access code for opening the entrance door and the electric door of the apartment. However, it was not working. We had to keep emailing the property owner to urge him to come over and assist us. We had to wait more than one hour and a half before the property owner finall arrived to help. The apartment looks unsettling, as there are many visible tie-rod holes on the walls both inside the apartment and outside it. The pictures presented on the Booking.com don't clearly show the tie-rod holes. At night, strange noises come out in the kitchen area, which disturb our sleep and further add to the sense of insecurity. There is a graveyard you can see right from the balcony, which may make some prople feel a bit uncomfortable.

タオルが日数分用意されていたこと。 清潔で掃除が行き届いていたこと。 ゴミ袋も用意されていたこと。 トースター、レンジ、冷蔵庫、ポット、お皿やカップがありキッチン設備は完璧！

− 部屋に時計があれば良かった。 タブレットとキーボックスを使ったチェックイン方法は、慣れなくて少し戸惑った。 寝間着がないので自分で用意していかなければならない。 テレビがなかった。朝の支度の際、時計代わりに付けているので不便だった。
