8.0Chỗ nghỉ ngay phố Văn Cao nên thuận tiện cho việc di chuyển và ăn uống. Phòng rộng rãi và yên tĩnh để nghỉ ngơi. Đi lại tự do vì có nhân viên trực 24/7. Xung quanh chỗ nghỉ có rất nhiều quán coffee view đẹp và nhà hàng bán đồ ăn uống khá ngon miệng. Chú bảo vệ ở đây cực kỳ thân thiện và nhiệt tình hỗ trợ.
− (R101): - Admin ở đây rất máy móc và cách giải quyết tình huống phát sinh với khách rất ngô nghê, không chuyên nghiệp, cần được training nhiều hơn nữa. 1 điểm - không thể thuyết phục hơn tại chỗ nghỉ. - Chăn, ga giường, gối chưa được vệ sinh kỹ nên vẫn còn mùi mồ hôi của những khách ở trước. - Chỗ nghỉ cần xịt thuốc chống côn trùng vì trong phòng vẫn có muỗi gây khó chịu khi ngủ nghỉ. - Nhà VS cần để thêm sáp/nến thơm để khử đi mùi hôi.
Decent property but very poor experience
2.0For the price I booked, this room would have been quite good. It was spacious with good facilities and is in a nice area close to restaurants and bars. However I had an extremely poor experience and cannot recommend.
− When I arrived, the only person there was some kind of security guard. Ignoring my printed booking confirmation, he aggressively told me if I wanted to stay the rate was 3 times higher than it said, and to pay up or leave. The actual host/owner refused to speak to me over the phone or reply to messages on the app. Guard eventually let me stay, taking my cash for the original amount, but the room was still dirty from the previous occupant. Told to "take it or leave it, no cleaning at weekends". Didn't really feel I had much a choice by then, at the end of a long day of travelling.
