9.0Tolles Appartement mit Klimaanlage ( bei den Temperaturen, 36 Grad, ein Traum!). Till auf jeden Fall auch die private Beach! Die wenigen öffentlichen Möglichkeiten waren komplett überlaufen. Das war mit Liegestühlen, Sonnenschirmen, Kanus und StandUp paddeling Boarden gut ausgestattet. Für mich war die private Beach so wichtig für meinen Hund. Der konnte da endlich unbeschwert ins Wasser und auch sonst rumtoben. Sonst müssen Hunde ja überall an die Leine
− Die Lage des Appartements. Zwar nur 4/5 Minuten von der eigenen Beach entfernt, das ist kein Problem, aber die Straße! Es ist an der Stelle in Pettenasco wo man wieder 90 fahren kann und das wird gerne, vor allem von den Motorradfahrern Kund getan. Dazu liegt das Appartement in einem Logistikzentrum und es kommen ständig Transporte, auch spät abends an. Wenn man nicht so Lärm empfindlich ist, ist es in jedem Fall ein tolles Wohnambiente

We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We and our dog loved it and it was spotlessly clean.
9.0Really well equipped and stylish apartment. Loved having access to a private beach just for us (& our dog). We hadn’t realised it was a 5 minute walk away, but that was no problem and was a wonderful facility to have - there are very few places with access to the beach and then public access areas were really busy, so the beach for your own private use is great. Easy private parking outside the apartment & vary short walk to a decent supermarket and a wonderful delicatessen. The owner was helpful and lives nearby if any issues arise.
− The apartment is in the main road along the make, so there is traffic noise, but we didn’t actually did that to en a problem for us. It is built into the end of the owners small showroom so looks quite industrial at first sight, but again this wasn’t an issue for us. The location is good.
