10.0The location and the newness of the way the place looked.
− The pull out couch either needs to be replaced or fixed. If you slept the correct way your head tilted down and if you slept the opposite way the middle felt uncomfortable. There could be a better system outside for the community receptacle outside. We had a lot of cans and bottles we needed to get rid of however the bins outside were practically full.
Beautiful views and clean
9.0I can't say enough good things about the hosting company. They were very responsive and followed up with all my inquiries during the stay. The property was nice and clean. Ocean view was great.
