9.0Gyönyörű kilátás a tengerre. A házhoz tágas kert tartozik, napágyakat lehet használni A reggelit a szabadban a teraszon tudtuk elfogyasztani. A ruhákat a kertben lehet szárítani. A strand kb. 10 perc kocsival.
− A klíma hiányzott, nagyon meleg volt éjszaka a szobában.

9.0Posizione panoramicissima. Stanza fresca (Ia n. 4) nonostante giornate calde. Colazione "fai da te" più che soddisfacente con prodotti dolci sia confezionati che freschi. In 10 minuti si raggiungo le cale/spiagge migliori a sud di Livorno. Titolare del beb, molto accogliente e disponibile, gestisce anche l'osteria posta sopra il beb. Osteria che propone piatti locali con ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo
− Unico dettaglio nella stanza 4 qualche rumore dal tardo pomeriggio che proveniva che proveniva da chi lavorava nella trattoria soprastante.
