Unprofessional no compensation offered for cancelling our stay after we had driven 3 hours to get there. Don’t book with
1.0We booked this property 3 months before we took my elderly parents to Kynren. The property confirmed the booking and took the £200 bond on the morning and we drove 3 hours to the apartment. They didn’t send me the key code and when they finally answered the phone they said they had taken a longer booking and we couldn’t stay. We couldn’t find anywhere else to stay and had to lose £200 for our Kynren tickets and drive 3 hours home!
