8.0Quite comfortable, with all the amenities required for the length of our stay, transport was nearby.
− The number of cockroaches infestation in the kitchen and laundry. Had to wash all the kitchen utensils before using.

Location for the win, but an old worn out property.
7.0Location is great, I was there for a weekend of Fringe Festival. This is great as I was able to walk to events and restaurants as well as the local IGA for any groceries. Close to the train station. It was good having my own washing machine for light laundry and a kitchenette.
− It's old and run down, things are broken, there was ants through the bathroom, and the decor included a completely burnt out candle which isn't impressive at all.
It is not worth the price.
5.0Room layout was nice with all amenities. Zonts Cafe outside.
− Carpet needs a deep clean. Cockroches and insects Only window was the balcony door facing a huge wall. No view outside. Constant thumping noise from the floor above after 7pm. Last two nights woke up to someone flighting outside my bedroom at 2am. Rough neighbourhood.
Very poor. We should get a refund as nothing like description. The rating was incorrect. Would not recommend.

− It was dirty. Floor sticky as if wiped with dirty mop. Carpet trip hazard with a frayed tear across middle.
A really good experience. Will definitely return and recommend this property. 10 out of 10
10.0Everything was very acceptable. One small problem on first of ten day stay. It was sorted immediately with efficiency ,kindness and respect. Wonderful hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room was equipped with comfortable bed and quality bedding. Same quality in bathroom, kitchen and living area. Northbridge exiting, diverse area with so many choices from the numerous eating places within walking distance. Free blue cat bus around the corner to take you into the CBD. Thankyou again to our great hosts.
