Everything! Perfect location, the most helpful host & check in. Would definitely prefer it again once we visit Rome again. :)

Thank you so much to Luca for being incredibly helpful and communicative, and for providing such a lovely, homely and spotlessly clean place to stay. We are genuinely grateful. Rome was extremely hot during our visit, and the air conditioning in the room worked perfectly. The room could also be nicely darkened, which was a real plus. Beds are always a matter of personal preference, of course, but I particularly liked that the mattress on the upper bunk wasn’t too soft. The bed linen felt lovely against the skin, and the pillows were very comfortable. I slept wonderfully, and that is always extremely important to me when staying somewhere unfamiliar. Here, it was absolutely perfect! There is also a small kitchenette and a fridge in the accommodation, although we didn’t use them much, as you only need to take a few steps outside to find excellent places for breakfast or lovely restaurants for the evening. Most of Rome’s major sights are actually within walking distance for those who enjoy exploring on foot. And for anyone who doesn’t feel like walking too much, the nearby metro station — just a couple of minutes away — makes it very easy to reach Rome’s main attractions quickly. So, all in all: a wonderful place, a great location, and a super helpful host! We are very grateful and will definitely keep this place in mind for our next visit to Rome!

Cet établissement est idéalement situé, proche du métro et de la Place d'Espagne et son quartier commerçant. L'hôte Luca est facilement joignable et très aimable. L'appartement est même équipé pour y prendre quelques repas. On a beaucoup apprécié la climatisation.

Location is good. Near to metro station and couple of Rome attractions. Luca is super fast responsive and supportive. Apartment has AC which is must in Rome summer. Check in & check out was easy. Has tap drinking water and fridge. Has basic kitchen facilities.

− Bathroom and shower area could be slightly bigger. Daily or alternate day cleaning for multi day stays would be good.

Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem obiektu. Zostaliśmy przywitani butelką wina. Wcześniej prosiłam o żelazko i po przyjeździe było dostępne.

− Troszeczkę mały prysznic , ale apartament jest w starej kamienicy w związku z tym jest to niezależne od właściciela.

Biezas sienas, vecā mājā nodrošināja , kā karstums, kas valda ārà nenonāk uzreiz iekšā, tad vēl kondicionieris un var dzīvot. Ja arā 24 tikai 5no rīta tad uz mirkli jāpieceļās un izbpāris stundām jāattaisa logs lai iegūtu gaisu. Viss bija ļoti labi , galvenais atrašanās vieta.

− daži sīkumi , salīdzinot ar māju vietas nav ļoti daudz, bet dzīvot var pat 3cilvēki.
