I like that the property is near to the church (walking distance to the pink sister's and Baguio Church), walking distance session road, SM mall, and the market yet the place stays serene and quiet, we barely here the vehicles on the road when we are at the unit. We were able to visit all with our short stay. I like their furnitures as well, the lighting and ceiling fans were so cool. The bed is so comfy we slept so well we woke up with no body ache. I personally wish to ask the owner where they bought their furnitures so I can get one too for our home. The unit also has everything we need. I also like that there is a cafe below and another cafes near the building. There is also a bookstore too.

The place looks and feels so spacious and comforting ! Walking distance to SM. Ample of necessities were provided too!! ✅ Approachable Owner ✅ Netflix ✅ Internet Connection ✅ Drinking Water ✅ Utensils ✅ Indoor slippers ✅ Towels Loved the fans! Had to have that light bulb moment on how to use those 🤣✨

The host, Audz was very pleasant and helpful. Warm shower, good WiFi, hob, microwave, fridge / freezer and plenty of crockery and cutlery, large TV with all channels., Good location.

− First of all I don't like to make negative comments about any accommodation I stay in but this place was not the most comfortable. The main problem was a building site just opposite the bedroom. There was noise going on 6 days a week stating as early as 6 am and going on until the middle of the afternoon which meant that I had to get up as I couldn't sleep. There were also renovations going on inside the building.too on certain days. I had some mould on a few personal items in the bedroom. No air conditioning in the unit which would have helped the mould issue. It's a shame about the negatives as this was a nice apartment and the noise outside was always out of Audz's control and to which she apologised.
