Well equipped kitchen.

− First thing you will immediately notice upon entering (the upper floor) is the sloping floor. Not that it directly affects you (except slightly fighting gravity) but it is a mark how dated the property probably is. Looking back at the advertised photos, the area around the pool is a little different. There's no wooden structure near it and in the pictures it looks more maintained than in reality. Although the photos of the rooms are pretty accurate, you can't see the details: cracks on the walls, little gaps in the floor, torn window mosquito nets, filthy shower curtain, one of the mattresses horribly creaking with every little movement. Also, branches hitting against metal roof during night did not help with sleeping. This area is quite windy so branches moved all the time. It is quite close to the main road so you will enjoy a fair share of roaring trucks and motorbikes. There's only one AC unit in one of the bedrooms, but at least there are additional fans. You can spend your time here, especially when you just use it as a base camp for your explorations (like nearby beaches) during the day, but with all the drawbacks, shared area between 3 accommodation units and the price, it is overall a disappointment.
