This condo photographs well but for the amount of money we paid it did not deliver.

The location was fine. The view from the property was amazing. Isis was very responsive with dealing with various problems that arose. Without Isis' assistance, this property would not have worked at all for us.

− The condo was not clean. The housekeeper did dishes and made beds but the place itself was impossible to clean. The table was made from reclaimed wood but it wasn't sealed, or coated with a resin or had a glass top so it was impossible to wipe clean - old pieces of rice, pasta, bread crumbs, salt and pepper in the wood surface. The toilets were not cleaned, the counters (again, concrete like surface but not sealed) so almost impossible to properly clean. The frame around the mirror in the master bedroom was made from reeds or grasses and again impossible to clean and as a result old toothpaste, etc. stuck to the parts of the frame. Only 1 bedside table in the 2nd bedroom with very little light. One of the toilets overflowed from something a previous tenant must have put in the toilet. The gas was accidentally turned off one evening - no hot water for showers. Only 4 bowls, 4 plates, 3 steak knives. We were 2 couples coming for 2 weeks - there needed to be more dishes than that. Fortunately, Isis was able to get some more bowls and some larger bowls so we could make a salad. The 3 steak knives issue was not brought to Isis' attention because we didn't ever barbecue steak. Someone took our barbecue without asking - we just noticed that it was gone. Also, the locks did not ever work properly - there's a lock box to put the key in so that as a group of 4, we would each be able to access the key - but the lock box never locked! No instructions of how to operate the safe in the condo.
