8.0Приятные небольшие апартаменты. Очень приветливая и отзывчивая владелица, сделала белый картон. Рядом магазины и остановки общественного транспорта. Далековато от центра. На теплое время года и небольшой промежуток времени хорошо подходит, хорошее соотношение цены и качества.
− Когда бронировали не заметили что это граунд этаж. Видимо раньше это было не жилое помещение переделанное под апартаменты, поэтому например окна не открываются, но есть достаточно мощная вентиляция. Но даже с ней все равно чувствуется сырость, тем более в дождливую погоду.
