Location, location,location. Large balcony with perfect view of the nature reserve and in the background the mighty dunes. We always take a pair of binoculars as the birdlife around the lake is very interesting. The kitchen is open planned and there is a walk-in shower and toilet. The bed is large and comfortable. It was easy to contact Marta using WhatsApp when we ordered an extra two pillows. As mentioned, the apartment is in a fantastic location nice and quiet only two minutes walk to the beach. Just up the road as well is a Spar shop which has most things you need and at a very reasonable price. Next door to the Spa is an excellent Italian restaurant called Time. It’s excellent value and we had several takeaway meals, including pasta and pizza. Five minutes further up the road is the main bus station where you can get a bus to most places in Gran Canary and very cheap. Access to the apartment was very straightforward. We informed Marta when we arrived at the airport and she sent us a code for the front gate and the front door. The transfer from the airport to the apartment is only 30 minutes.

− It is a shame that there was no air-conditioning in the bedroom. To get by we had the air-conditioning unit at its coolest and left the bedroom door open as it gets very warm at night time. The television could do with renewing as I couldn’t use my fire stick. Unfortunately, there was no safe in the apartment..

A lovely apartment with an amazing view on the ocean and the dunes. Perfect place to relax.

Great location, spacious apartment, great view to the dunes, super close to the beach ⭐️

− Very very minor thing - there could be salt, pepper maybe some oil for cooking, but its nitpicking. Stay was great :)

Ubicación inmejorable y estancia perfecta

La ubicación es excelente, a pie de playa y con todo tipo de servicios cerca a los que se puede ir caminando. Desde la terraza hay muy buenas vistas, lo que hace la estancia aún más especial. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, cómodo y bien cuidado. Además, la comunicación con la anfitriona fue muy buena, siempre atenta y facilitando todo.

− Small things could have been helpful, condiment packets in the kitchen, salt and pepper, kitchen roll, tea bags, sugar etc. just help when staying for a short time
