− we had a few issues - finding the car park, getting access, remote control, electricity dropped out. But the host was responsive and we worked through all issues

10.0Die Vermieter waren rund um die Uhr erreichbar. Im Preis sind für jeden Gast die Ticino Tickets für den gesamten Aufenthalt inklusive. Die Betten und Kissen sind sehr bequem. Zu Fuss braucht man nur 5 min. zum Bahnhof Lugano. Der Whirlpool ist vom 21.06. bis 31.08. in Betrieb. Nach Nachfrage wurde der Whirlpool für uns bereits am 05.06. in Betrieb genommen:). Der Whirlpool befindet sich einen Stock überhalb von der Wohnung auf einer sehr grossen privaten Terrasse im 5. Stock. Die Lage ist sehr angenehm ruhig. Das Check-In war super einfach. Man bekommt einen Code für das Schlüssel-Schliessfach im Briefkasten. Um alles ganz verständlich zu machen, bekommt man dafür sogar eine Videoanleitung. Die perfekte Wohnung um Lugano und die Umgebung zu erkunden.

10.0The apartment w truly luxurious. The views were fabulous from every room. The rooftop patio had a hot tub and expansive views of the lake. Parking in the basement garage was convenient. The location was perfect: far enough out to be quiet but near the city center.
− I can’t think of any real improvements.
