Very disappointed… my short trip to the beach turned to a nightmare. Don’t recommend

The location is right at the beach, but no beach view.

− Where do I start… - poor communication: I had to call the office for every little step just to get into the apartment. - dirty bedsheets: In the evening I noticed that the bedsheets had many grease stains and had holes in them. I couldn’t reach the office because it was closed by that time. So I booked a different hotel the same night and went there. The next day I explained the situation to the office and the response was that I could have called their late night emergency hotline and ask for different bedsheets. Why should I wait for someone to show up and change the bedsheets! For the price they charge you’d expect things to be right in the first place. Also the emergency hotline was not provided to me. I later was told that it was the very last option on the robot hotline. An emergency hotline should be reachable without having to listen to a robot for a minute. - no AC: the host claims that like most beach homes this property also doesn’t need an AC. So you’ll need to sleep with open windows in a rather more lively area and smell the trash cans from outside the building. Unfortunately, even after multiple attempts to find a fair agreement the host decided not to refund me even a penny. I offered 50% back even though I deserve 100% back, but they remained greedy and took everything.
