Bad apartment owner and untrustworthy

− We booked the apartment and paid the amount 4 days before we arrive. We arrived early in the morning so we tried to contact the owner to check when we could check in but there was no response. She only responded to text messages and told us that her Booking account was hacked and asked us to cancel our booking while it was non refundable and already paid. Then she told us that she will transfer us to another apartment because the one we already “booked and paid for” is already booked by another person!!! When we arrived at the apartment it was so tiny compared to the one i paid for, the washroom was smelly and the sink was clogged. The second day the power in the building was down, the front desk gave us an extension to use a fan using the building back up generator. There was no fan in the apartment so we contacted the owner to provide one but she ignored us. We ended up leaving the apartment and rent a room in a hotel. She promise to refund the remaining 3 nights price to us but she didn’t. This is the worst experience i have ever encountered.
