− Not enough heating to warm the place up. I had to wrap with my hoodie and a blanket.
Flew over to Sydney to spend Christmas with in-laws and the place and location was perfect.

− It wasn’t clean when we arrived but overall very comfortable and good.
Did not stay - requested a refund.
1.0Location to Denham Court.
− Filthy front yard, the bin was overflowing & the smell was disgusting. Had not been emptied in weeks. Strange odour when you open the front door. Sticky surfaces, dirty unvacuumed rug. Old split system aircon that struggled to keep up & was dripping with water. Bathroom smelled like urine. Not aircon in upstairs bedrooms. Do not stay here!!!!
