8.0− We paid for early check in, upon arrival at our "lodge" we inspected the rooms and the beds hadn't been made up, went to reception to be told that we could sit and wait there or go back to the lodge and wait, we had already taken our belongings into the lodge so we decided to go back and wait sat for a good 10 mins before the cleaner arrived. Her English wasn't very good but she did apologise, also asked her if she could leave some teabags as there was none left as in the description it said a breakfast welcome pack, she said yes she would be back but she never appeared, we didn't even get offered to get our early check in refunded. As for the lodge its self it's more like a caravan, I've been on a few caravan breaks and stayed in exactly the same. I noticed there was a few lodges on site unfortunately our one was not and very over priced for what we got. Sunday morning we woke up and went for food and the on site cafe was closed although it stated in the information book that it was open, we actually checked out a day early

10.0Unfortunately, lodge 2 needed maintenance so we ended up being upgraded and stayed at Lodge 16 which was exceptional. The lodge was spacious, spotlessly clean, well equipped and was the perfect base.
