6.0Close to the shops restaurant my favourite San Rival. Sorounded with shops choices of restaurants. Near the ocean and access to run.
− Noise definitely very loud traffic across the property. Not enough insulation i gather you can hear the outside noise. Aircon at the bedroom not really working. It's too loud.

Well equipped condominium in great location
9.0Well equipped condo, clean with ocean view, across the road from good restaurants and walking distance to Northpoint. Located about 10 to 15 minutes from downtown dumaguete by trycycle. Lovely swimming pool, basketball and gym. Good security onsite 24/7.
− Nothing we didn't like. Some people may find the bathroom small when using as compact with washing machine in beside the toilet. The bedroom air-conditioning is louder than some.
Less than 2kms from ferry terminal- very convenient location.
