Our stay was comfortable.
8.0Likes: location, walking distance to centro, main beach & malecon. Big screen smart tvs were a bonus. Quiet area. Comfortable pillows & bed in master bedroom. Dislikes: walking up to the 4th floor, condo was dirty….had to clean the sinks, toilets, wash the floors, wash the patio doors, windows were very dirty. No beach chairs. Never met the condo’s host which was disappointing, however, when we needed something he responded quickly.

6.0This is a modern apartment right on the water. The pool is pleasant and it is lovely to sit on on the 4th floor terrace and view the ocean.
− Several things did not work during our stay. The microwave was broken, and the water pressure was so low that by the last day, one of the toilets stopped working. The owner needs to add a pump to the water system to provide more flow, and make sure all appliances are working before tenants come in.
