Les 3 lits sont très confortables

− L'hygiène reste à revoir , les 2 canapés ne sont pas du tout confortables .

Voldoende parkeerplekken, vriendelijk geholpen bij inchecken en zeer flexibel hierin! Uitmuntend. Appartement was voldoende ruim.

− Appartement is een beetje in oude staat, (slaap)bank naden waren gescheurd, laminaat heeft waarschijnlijk lekkage gehad en bolt op aan de randen, raamuitzetter kon niet meer op slot, verwarming in badkamer was niet meer af te stellen en loei heet, bedden lagen matig en zijn doorgezakt, mijn laptop had ik verstopt onder het bed en kwam enorm stoffig weer terug. Locatie is 9 minuten lopen + ~55 minuten met metro naar centrum.

La atención de Sam Peers, amable, pendiente de que hubiesemos llegado, al dia siguiente preguntando si estaba todo bien... Muy gentil, lo recomiendo.

− Shower either boiling hot or freezing cold. It doesn't adjust. Bedlinen unsure if even changed as they smelled of colony. Hairs in the cup Bedside table broken Window safety broken Skylight not double glazed so lots of noise from main street Lights in the bathroom switch on only if the main room is on. The leftside of the room lights don't work. I reported all problems but they kept finding so many excuses, such as the left hand side of the light will work in combination of the switch at the bottom of the stair (there is no switch there so how well do they know of the apartment and problems?) - also they key safety at the window they firstly said is not broken (see picture, there is a key broken inside) Check in awful - classic no in person that takes so much time. Also they didn't provide the key safe lock number when sent information so I have to call them again.....Just a waste of time Also they charge 1 pound in case of damage to the property and then you have to ask for it back... so you don't pay only booking.com price but the london apartment company too... this is not right I won't use them again & disappointed in booking.com.com they used to choose wisely their clients now it's a guess

The room and facilities were exactly as described, with comfortable beds and bedding, and a good location for getting in and out of central London.

− The area is rather noisy, with both traffic and neighbours contributing to a less than peaceful environment. The studio itself has limited soundproofing, meaning you can easily hear others moving around the building. Additionally, the iron advertised was non-functional, and the ironing board was incomplete.
