10.0everything wanted stay longer but no availability..thinking of leing transferring from wales for fresh start and this would have been a perfect long term temporary place and location near friends ...unfortunately I was unable to discuss circumstances and discuss with Luke the Landlord of the apartment ..I am quiet and friendly tenant always cleaning and like organisation and felt so comfortable here. thankyou if only I could have made an arrangement .Many Thanks
− not being able to stay longer and dpeak to main landlord. An air fryer would have been more beneficial and suitable as the cooker oven and grill unfortunately would not heat,but the hobs did

10.0We loved the location! Easy to get anywhere in town! Great distance for walking to shops as well’ The flat was cozy! Everything we needed was inside the flat, and the flat owners were amazing at communicating and provided great service always!!

7.0The location was pretty nice. There was enough kitchen equipment. The washing machine did an excellent job and the drying rack had plenty of space. The bed was perfectly clean, fresh sheets. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean, the water pressure in the shower was superb.
− The tap in the kitchen was leaking, quite a bit actually. The couch had some large stains on it, so I did not really feel comfortable sitting on it without something to cover it. The kitchen equipment (especially pans) needed a clean before use. I did not get any towels on arrival, but this was quickly fixed by the personnel. The towels I received seemed brand new from the store, so I had to wash them before I could use them. Various nights (around 2 A.M.) there were people walking around the building right beside the bedroom window. As a solo-traveling woman, I was quite frightened by it.
